It's never too late to get back to the music. I lost track of friends, family, home, priorities... But the music brought me back. Once I could sit and just listen to a song with my eyes closed and my mind open, things slowly came back into focus for me.

Maybe music will always be terribly important, and all that's needed is a few precious minutes to surrender to it. Give it a chance, slowly. Life has a way of pulling us away from what keeps us rooted and sane. Take a little time every day to listen to one song completely - lock yourself in the bathroom if that's what it takes (well, that's what I had to do.) Bring music back into your life, because if it was once important, it still is.

Dead-on, romeotuma.  This song in particular... I heard the first strains of it, after dealing with a world of cats in heat, a brother in debt, and dogs freaked out by thunder... and I just took a deep breath, closed my eyes, and everything melted.

This song is yum. {#Bounce}

Thank you, Calypsus_1, as always, for the visual... *hugs you*

This broad is cute and she gets attention for that.  This music is tepid at best.

This "broad"?

Is it still, like, the 1940s in Winnipeg?

Yeah, the words would be different indeed, since Embyronic Journey is an instrumental. You're thinking of Coming Back to Me.

Actually, I was thinking "Today" by the Jefferson Airplane.

This sounds like a Jefferson Airplane song I use to hear a long time ago, it was
called Empryonic Journey off Surrealistic Pillow, same song different words.

Sounds nice, but ultimately uneventful music.  Enjoyable background music.
