Rather cool, totally different -- but a bit as if a meld of Pearl Jam, Rusted Root, Live and I don't know were mixed and poured into a raw-sounding groove...
and now Neko and The NPs are coming out of the speakers, doing their thing to the senses always attenuated and stimulated by RP...
You never know what you'll hear on here, and that's one of the main thrills!

you just need to see these guys live. it may sound "hippy dippy" but until you see the whole show, you just won't really get it. download the 10.22.05 cervantes show off of archive.org for a taste.

Kan'Nal is a Denver-based group -- I first saw them at Earthdance 2005 in Laytonville, CA. They're a wonderful band to see live -- info available at http://www.kannal.org and some of their live sets available for free download at www.archive.org under the Live Music Archives section.
