The lyrics are sampled from Simon and Garfunkel's song " For Emily, Wherever I May Find Her." The phrase lines quoted are "...Clothed in crinoline...I kissed your honey hair."
As for The Big Lebowski, Turturro is dancing to the Gypsy Kings' rendition of " Hotel California" by the Eagles. And yes, it does seem similar in parts.
