eh, i liked the beginning, but his voice is a little whiny.

However, they get points for their band name...

I love this whole album. I saw them earlier this year and they put on a great show, too.

this song is also in the margins, as in MARGINAL.

Ummm....can you say complete rip off of Radiohead's "Creep". Speed up Creep and you get this.
I think Radiohead is due for some royalties folks.

You just reminded me -- listening to an Oldies station a couple months ago, I heard a song that sounded VERY similar to Creep. Like, there's absolutely no way Radiohead wasn't *strongly* inspired by the song -- same bass line, same chord progression during the verse. Don't get me wrong -- Creep is a much better song. . .but its originality was strongly challenged for me. . .

This would be fairly mundane if not for the cool bass groove that lifts it out of the mud. The wabbits is good.

I disagree with the 1,000-times repeated refrain--All that's left is not love, but disappointment.

Dreary.

Not the best tune on this album, in my opinion.

I regret buying this album. I like most of the songs, but I hear it enough on Radio Paradise. I just wasn’t necessary to buy it – I hear it enough that I never find myself thinking, “hey, I need to put that album back in my play rotation.” Maybe if Bill stopped playing it I would be glad I bought it.

Pretty good simulation -- resurrection? -- of their classic sound. Like it could've been an outtake from Ocean Rain. No bad thing in my book.

That whistle-like guitar at the beginning is so characteristic of this band. It's like a bomb raid warning. I'm headed for the bomb shelter. *hits off button*

Scissors In The Sand and Siberia are the hot tracks on Siberia. In The Margins is nice, but a bit of a sleeper as other callers have pointed out.

Still nice to hear from the old Liverpool boys.

Ian, Will and new bandmates showed up twice on Craig Furgeson's late night show recently. They did an awesome version of the Killing Moon.

Have Radiohead paid Talking Heads royalties for their name yet?

I'm happy that Ian and the boys are back in good form.

(long live the "neo-psychedelic" movement and/or bands, no matter whether they're neo-psychedlic or not any longer)
