A-ah-ahh-ah, ah-ah-ahh-ah
We come from the land of the ice and snow
from the midnight sun where the hot springs blow

The hammer of the gods will drive our ships to new lands
To fight the horde and sing and cry, Valhalla, I am coming

On we sweep with, with threshing oar
Our only goal will be the western shore

Ah-ah-ahh-ah, ah-ah-ahh-ah
We come from the land of the ice and snow
from the midnight sun where the hot springs FLOW
How soft your fields, so green
can whisper tales of gore, of how we calmed the tides of war
We are your overlords

On we sweep with, with threshing oar
Our only goal will be the western shore

S-so now you better stop and rebuild all your ruins
for peace and trust can winthe day despite of all you're losin'
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh
Ahh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh

Great tune - for some reason it always reminded me of "Bali Hai" from South Pacific - just in that main part of the melody

melody starts around the 0:41 mark

kind of jarring transition from Jigsaw to Immigrant Song.    Gallows Pole or Kashmir or Ten Years Gone might have been a better Zep followup to Radiohead...

This is one of rock's greatest songs ever. That said, its hard to pick a favorite on an album of all-time greats.

Obviously a classic Zep tune but the segue from Radiohead was slightly jarring to say the least, what up Bill?

No songs scream out Led like Immigrant Song. When you look up the definition of Rock n' Roll in the dictionary. There is a pic of Zeppelin from 1973.
