This song has really grown on me. I thought Guster was bland and boring in the late 90's, but it seems like they've really matured. A very well crafted song.

Wow, are you kidding? I think their new stuff is sooooo much better than the old. Old = fun but sometimes musically incoherent and boring. Ganging Up on the Sun just through and through rocks!

I can't stand the first part of this song, but I love the last part. So I guess I have to average them and give it a 5.

The album art, however, is all-around groovy.

Is this Guster's only song? Judging by the RP playlist, I'm guessing so.

Go to the music tab at RP and type in "Guster" and you will see all of the songs from the various albums that have been played on RP. Select songs to see user comments and more importantly when the song was last played.

Bill plays a lot of Guster and a lot of it recently and in normal rotation.

They are good, mellow band. Bill introduced them to me and I have a couple of their albums.

"Lightning", "Satellite", and "The Captain" are also played. There's some pretty good stuff on this CD. btw, I also dislike overplaying of songs!

Hey, I like Guster and I even liked Ruby Falls when I went there, but come on RP, it's getting old with repetition.

The songs from this Guster album really grow on you in a big way. . .first couple times, I was unimpressed, but now I look forward to every listen!

trekhead, I must comment on your "signature".

I really -hate- the saying "Eschew obfuscation", or variants thereof.

In condemning speech that is dense and unclear, you imitate it. Had you taken your own advice, your "signature" might read:

"It's good to speak clearly, and anyone can".

You are either pulling our leg(s), or you clearly missed the joke of "Eschew obfuscation".
