domo arigato mr. roboto....... It's funny how that goes that one person's trash is another treasure! I wasn't particularly interested until the vox sounds kicked in. Love me some cylon! |

It was heading for a 2 or 3, but then the female voice joined in and made it a little better. So, 5? 6, maybe? We'll see how it ends.

Good riff, but as I noted on another Gotan tune, it's a bandoneón. As someone who spends a good part of his time in both France and Argentina, I really dig Gotan Project. Most excellent. |

no surprise, this song features a bandoneon, played in new tango style, like Astor Piazzolla's sound track for 12 monkeys. |

Right, it´s the same as in verlan. In Argentina we call it "vesre", (revés), and it´s used along with Lunfardo slang. I didn't know there was something similar in French! Thanks! |

Nice experiment from the Gotan guys. The lyrics are from the classic Argentine gaucho poem, the "Martin Fierro", by José Hernandez. The vigüela (vee-goo-E-la) is the spanish guitar, the traditional instrument of gauchos.
