Ya, it just don't get much better than Sweet Thing. And I'm one of the rare VM fans who doesn't think Astral Weeks was his "masterpiece" and that everything else pales in comparison. I love about 15 other albums just as much or more. But Astral Weeks does have a hell of a lot going for it, like this song. And to see him play it live...what a treat it was. |
