The song is OK but I've got to say I wasn't a fan of the movie. I thought 21 Grams was much better; Babel was well directed, but the story didn't hang together as well as it could have.

Hey Macarena!

Only less musical. What is the appeal of this dreck? Well, it sounds like it may be a real accordeon, rather than a sample. I guess that keeps it from being a "1".

I just want to hear that slick-haired DJ say "La Musica, La Musica! Y ahora, la musica de los Temptaciones!"

Had to get the soundtrack to Babel--not just for this (which I already had, actually), but for the interesting and unconventional score from the film. Good stuff!

Well, there went my buzz.

I lived in San Antonio for 25 years, but this one isn't doing it for me.

No, you are entitled to your opinion. We don't all have to agree on everything - that's the fun (and education) of the RP comment section.

Reminds me of Bimbo Jet from the 1970s.

Best movie of the year.

Spoiler alert, don't read the tiny sentence if you haven't seen Babel. The gun is the connection. But did the girl's mother commit suicide?

It's a style of filmmaking that's not for everyone. If you want to see an even better film from this director and writer I highly recommend 21 Grams. Seemingly disconnected plot-line that pulls together beautifully in the end (Amores Perros also, but in a much rougher form IMHO.)

How can you say this film was lame? It was a masterful story of how seemingly small mistakes can snowball into tragedy.
