Apparently, it's pronounced "chk chk chk", and it is based on the ! sound in the bushman language (and other languages). |

I believe those are retroflex clicks, assuming that it's actually the International Phonetic Alphabet use of !. So stick your tongue near the back of the roof of your mouth, and cluck away thrice. |
