This is growing on me. I don't totally dig it, but I do like the way he's distinguishing the dialogue of each of the characters by slightly inflecting his voice. It's cool for what it is, a misinterpretation of a classic Dylan tune. I always wonder what Bob think when he hears these cracks at his tunes....oh wow great turn Bill, right into"Things Have Changed," one of my fav. tunes of the modern Dylan era, a 9! Whoo!

I still don't quite get it. It's the exchange right at the start that bugs me. The words seem awkward and don't flow real well to my ear.

Oh boy, it's that emotionless butchering of a timeless classic again.

Taste is an interesting thing. I see you gave Dylan's version of Rollin and Tumblin a 9, and yet if there was a rating lower than 1 that's what I'd give it. I'm a Dylan fan, but his version of R&T just blows.

Dave Alvin's version of Highway 61 is my upload and so I watch the comments with interest. The hardcore Dylan types seem to object to the vocal delivery, but a lot of the more positive comments are to the effect that they get the drift of the tune from the Alvin version more than they did before.

For me personally, the reason I uploaded it was for the groove. I wish RP would play more groove oriented stuff, and just on this one track I got my wish.

I like this, the way it's darker than the Dylan version.

Abraham: Say What? Well, all right, I'll do it.
Yikes, it's chillingly cold the way he does this tune.

It's great to hear Bob Dylan (know by John Lennon as Bob Zimmerman) doing it, but I also really like Johnny Winter's cover.

It's down to 6.0, so I gave it a 7, which didn't seem to have any affect...

I'd like to hire the guy for voice overs or have him play the blues guitar but not both at the same time.
