I am not surprised that this followed CSN Suite-Judy Blue Eyes but after half way into this song I wondered why it wasn't Ohio instead.

Sure, everyone says they sound like CSN, and this playlist proves it. But doesn't the lead singer also sound a little like the Boss? It's the smooth/rough combo that's intrigueing.

Caught these guys on a David Letterman show the other day...and was gratified that I'd heard 'em on RP, FIRST, and no less gratified to think how many times that's happened!  Bill and Rebecca and Co. HOW DO YOU DO IT?

Saw an interview with these guys - they used to listen to a lot of Beach Boys and Simon & Garfunkel when they were young.

This is quite OK, I dig the sixties sound.
On this track there is no trace of MMJ to rub me all wrong, but some of their other stuff does indeed go a bit on the waily side.

Jefferson Airplane comes to mind when I hear this song...

Well, the muddy, off-key singing and amateur production quality is starting to wear on me. 6->4 and dropping fast.

from what i've heard, these guys have some really great songs (Mykonos, Blue Ridge Mountains, Your Protector) ....and some other ones that i just couldn't get into at all. i feel the same way about MMJ.
