version for the Hispanic community:

sinceramente ... 3 / 4 de la duracion de la canción están aburridos y molestos es como uno "fait-diver".....
esto prueba de que ni todas las bandas,  y si hay riesgo!!,  se atreven a hacer canciones de largo aliento con la extrema duración, si no tienen el devido apoyo artístico; Por lo tanto, es un lamentable error de hacer canciones tan aburrido largo .... 16 minutos ?.... ¿para qué? A pleno el disco compacto? Para ellos más valor para componer canciones y más corto a su alcance; Conviene recordar aquí que en la historia de la música de la zona pop-rock de los últimos años, sólo un puñado de bandas han logrado hacer esta empresa sin caer en el ridículo;

First he said, damn this song is long, and considering the value of its content, not so good, therefore I rate it a 5.

Then the other guy said — well you know that part's in english.

Then he said, sure my english isn't great, but really it's not so hard to get the gist if you frikken try. And he's right.

I've made the same comments earlier. Now he's really getting upset.

My take is that Calypsus is using an online translation program such as "Babel Fish". I am totally bilingual (French/English) and really get a kick out of having these programs translate texts (for expediency purposes) to send to my unilingual friends. They're fine if you know both languages and can make the corrections, but if you accept them as presented, they make no sense.
Spellcheck even tried to change "unilingual" to "anilingual". Go figure.

ok, i agree to this opinion; if you will be interested and to "grasp"  the correct direction of my commentary and will have preparation for this, you try to adapt for English 100% correct!  100% intelligible!;   Please, do it!   Thanks alot!

this test that nor all the bands if must venture and dare to make songs of long breath with extreme duration, if they do not have the had artistic support for this; Therefore it is a lamentable error to make songs so bored long.... 16 minutes?....what for? To full the compact disc? More them value to compose shorter songs and to its reach;  It agrees to remember here that in the history of the music of the area of the rock of the last years few bands if successfully venture to make this without falling in ridicule;

this is not a destructive commentary, is only an opinion, saved another one better; i taste of the previous works of "Snow Patrol", but the present boarding that had decided to make, maybe for impress audience or to affirm themselves, had the contrary effect;  the cause of i is this say this with penalty - no evolution.

This song again???? I hear this about 2 times a day, every frickin' day. And the fact that it's like 3 hours long doesn't make it any more tolerable. Give it a rest, will ya? It's making me really hate Snow Patrol. Another song to add to the mute list.

News flash most music besides pop usually can last longer than 4 to 5 minutes.
Thank God Bill limits his pop playing.  I likey this song and the length is not too
short or too long.
