I love the way the guitar sounds like Bono and vice versa.

Hmmm, I'm liking what I'm hearing so far on this new album. I have not been excited whatsoever by the last three, so I wonder if this will be different...

That great guitar riff just stays in your head! Great stuff, already in love. |

Whoa nelly! When this song came on, I was thinking "wonder if this is a song from War?" And to my astonishment it is completely new! Seems the band is truly going back to the roots, MacPhisto and his ironic grin could not be more far away. And I like it. |

I think the "Ho Hum" rating was created with the whole of this new U2 album in mind...

Maybe U2 should just stop making recordings so that Bono has time to visit the Pope, Obama, or do some othewise good deeds for this planet. Magnificent is a mere wasted of bandwith.

First song from new album I've heard - after all the negativity I've heard about the album, I'm surprised I like this as much as I do.
But I do!
'Course, it's no Ultravox.

Can't wait for the tour! Get On Your Boots works better in a live setting. (The Grammy performance already had some minor tweaks that made it a better song, even with CBS's terrible sound mixing) As it sits in the album it's merely OK. |

One of the better cuts off the new album.
