Well, favorite album so far. I realize we're only into June.

This is my favorite album of the year. Hands down. I think it's their best yet.

Saw them play in Milwaukee last week. For this tour, the first set is the entire Hazards album.
It was a completely mind blowing performance that gives great perspective on the album.
Shara Worden of My Brightest Diamond completely stole the show singing the parts of the Queen. (and later in a cover of Heart's Crazy on You)

After they finished playing the album, they came back out for another full set plus encore. 
They even pulled a lot of us on stage for the closer (Sons & Daughters). 

I'm going to hold on 2....one of these days RP you're going to push me over the edge and that baby is going to 1.   Steady...steady....

This is growing on me.   Like the changeups.

Radio Paradise is the only place I`ve ever heard The Decemberists . Never heard them anywhere else . And that is a good thing .

NOT hearing them , that is . 

Is this song marked correct? I looked it up on YouTube, and the song there is just 30 seconds long.

Can't understand the negative comments. It's a great series of songs from a great record. It's best appreciated when you can listen to the whole thing from start to finish. Beautiful songs, poetic lyrics and an interesting story. Overall, a very lovely album. I give it a 9. Looking forward to seeing these guys this summer.

I don't think it sounds like Jenny Lewis' The Next Messiah at all. Which, btw, I'm seeing her live tonight as well. I guess some people just have no appreciation for what's good.

Bill, don't listen to them. Just keep playing lots of Decemberists and Jenny Lewis!

This guy sounds like such a pretentious ass.

The only thing I dislike about this tune is the distressing initial similarity between it and that horrid Jenny Lewis Moosiah song.

I love this band, and their new album is just great. I love the female voice as well (Becky Stark from Lavender Diamond, lovely band...I'd check them out if you love her voice).
