A very different sound from his last album, I'm liking this.

Sorry Bill, I tried to give this one a chance.  I even gave it a 7 the first time that I heard it here, but you've been playing it way too much lately.  I just changed it to a 3.  It seems like you're playing it at least daily now - Please give this one a rest for a while...

This song just keeps going, too.

I know it's bad form to quote yourself, but I really wanted to emphasize just how much I dislike this guy and his song.  It is very important for you strangers on the internet to know this.

Which ones do you unofficially hate? Did you take a vote on it to make it official?

Okay, showing my age, I thought the Burl Ives thing too.  But there is just something about this song and voice that just really does in for me.  So I'm in the minority, but I really do like it.  The video I saw makes it even better.

He is live much more better than on this tune! And he is a great singer with a great voice not even good as he could be. He has not reached the top.

This guy was born the year after I graduated from high school!  However, just because he's a young whippersnapper doesn't mean I'm wrong about this song being marginal.  For one thing, his voice is either insufferably affected or just naturally bad.

P.S. Wikipedia says his real name is Paul George Nut.

You mean Nutella? It's hazelnut, available outside Europe and it's good, very good.

I like the song but I envisioned a South American performer in his seventies or eighties, crooning out the mellow tunes of the end of a life devoted to song. Talk about surprised! I need to listen again and screw my head on a totally different way with this one!

Great great great song!!!!!
