A genius at work!! He wrote this; one of the most well known jazz songs ever! Everyone sang this tune. Why do you have so few of his works on RP??!!
A little more jazz would def be great......your library has some major deficits in this sector. Modern Jazz Quartet for a start..........

Very timely playing this! I just attended an event last night previewing clips from the upcoming Ken Burns Documentary "Prohibition". Will be fun to see if they include this song — it will air on PBS Oct 1, 2 & 3.
