Yeah, I might need a little longer still.... I'm stuck at 6 on this one. Which makes me sad, because I love Radiohead. I guess I have high expectations for them. |

Well put, I've never thought of the words to explain that feeling with music. |

This must be starting to get really boring for the rest of the band. Do they even play guitars anymore? What about that droning rat-a-tat-tat of the drums? It's the same thing on nearly every song now.
What I've heard of this album does seem as if they've put their guitars into a storage facility for a while; maybe Mr. Yorke will have to make sure that the other members are not also storing a bunch of haddock somewhere. |

Needs a lot of work, but the gist is of a woman who hears a pleasant female voice singing outside her bedroom window at night. She opens the window, and the singing stops. Then, the woman notices that her baby, who cries incessantly, quiets as soon as the singing starts, and the baby starts crying again when the singing stops. The house next door is vacant, so the woman has no idea from where the voice is coming...
Like I said - lots of work. This song would lend itself to the mood of the story I have in my head...

This song could be 'Pyramid Song Part II'... love the melancholy loneliness it invokes - feel like I'm the only one in the world listening to this right now.

I happen to love static pops, it is sort of like smelling streets after rain or something that reminds you of your childhood. Viva la static pops! |
