That would be, "no". Nowhere. At all.

Somebody needs to tell Thom Yorke there's a difference between exploring angst and depression, and making me want to down a bottle of clonipin with a Wild Turkey chaser.

Maybe not all music needs to go somewhere; maybe some of it simply creates a mood. It took me years to get this about Radiohead; now I find listening to their music infinitely rewarding.

Radiohead is one of the few bands that I hate almost everything they do and would never have any of their music; really painful music, especially Yorke's painful rectal itch of a voice.

And Bill? Right after Supertramp? RP segue FAIL.

I think it might be just you - to me it sounds like a song about a painless suicide. Mind you, most of Radiohead's songs sound like that to me.

I think I'm being assimilated by Thom Yorke - from wanting to slap him round the chops with a wet fish, I now find myself almost liking his songs. I think it must be some kind of subminal hypnotics weaved into the instrumentals...

I might be wrong. But still, I think I will go with the more "uplifting" interpretation.

THAT'S the word I was searching for - spooky.  Thanks, Romeotuma.  I love it, too, because of the melancholy, haunting quality of the music.  One more for my CD collection... {#Yes}

I really hope they change directions on their next release.  Yorke may need a nice bust in the chops with a north atlantic codex for that to happen.

'This fish you dream about. Let's talk about that. It's always the same fish, isn't it?'
'I don't know,' Yossarian replied. 'I have trouble recognizing fish.'
'What does the fish remind you of?'
'Other fish.'
'And what do other fish remind you of?'
'Other fish.'
Major Sanderson sat back disappointedly. 'Do you like fish?'

'Not especially.'

Unfortunately it is very possible that there will not be another - not for a long time, anyways.  Who knows - Thom is a true artist - they all are - and they can and should change their minds all the time.

I do agree that this one is a little, well, moody, maybe.  Even for a slow RH song - that being said, there isn't a RH song under an 8 for me, I don't think.
