These guys are genuine, musicians, poets and people. No one has made a stronger impression on me since James Taylor. Folk legends already....

This is a beautiful song! The studio version is easier on the ears than live performances. They tend to get REALLY excited when they play live and as a result they don't sing as melodically. Sometimes their vocal cohesion in a duet, such as this, takes a back seat to youthful exuberance. But, oh, to watch them live! What a treat! Words of an old fart.  |

Liked it straight away having never heard it before and correctly guessed it was part of what I would call a happy occurrence of modern folk trying to sound like older folk. I'm all for it. The bareness of it is really nice and he has such a classic folk voice.
