I am starting to think that you should listen to RP only once a week, any more than that and the material get's too repetitive...
It is only my second day back after a break of 12 months, let's see.

Yes, a little too much Elvis in the building. |

take away his reputation, and forget who's singing this song, it's a dull, generic, soft-rock number.

As a kid I didn't get into Elvis...now that I'm in my thirties, I'm starting to second guess my younger self.

Who's my daddy?
Only about 108 guys have ever sung this song to me ever in my whole life...How about all you Wendys, judys, micheles, etc ? still really glad this album came out when it did and where I was when it did. Another great songster/poet/gangster.

Same as some of the songs you listed as 10s. So, what's your point? Just because a song is also played -- and played a lot -- on mainstream radio does not mean it should not be played here. |

Used to see him a lot when I lived in Baron's Court, back in the day 8)
He had a residency at a bar literally just around the corner, great musician, (even though I don't like all of it), and when he and the Attractions were on they were ON!
I love this Radio Station! |
