I'm outnumbered by JLH fans, but I just can't stand him. Horny and humpy, and his music just makes me have to turn off the radio or switch the station. YES, I know he's an icon. He's just an icon to which I can't listen without feeling like I need to take a shower.

You are not alone, though I don't think I dislike him quite as much as you do!

Well, the music is exciting, I can listen to John Lee, it's fun, he's a blues titan, but with these lyrics, such as they are, he always sounds constipated. It's the soundtrack for a Dulcolax commercial.

Indeed. He annoys me with every song sounding like "wooowowowow dodododooodooo".

Damn TV commercials: The opening riff from this is used on a series of Viagra ads. You know—for the man who knows how to use bottled water to cool an overheated Camaro; can pull a truck out of a mud hole with a team of horses; can improvise a fix for broken boom rig on a sloop. ED won't slow him down.

Like I said, damn TV commercials.
