Glad that I don't hear this so often, then. I LOVE this song and have the best memories associated with it. |

Maybe I can change your mind with the killer Karaoke version that I do after a few beers. I bet that would make you appreciate this brilliant song.......(or not) |

I always thought that Van's voice had a distinct Porky Pig feel to it in this song. I still love it, but I still see Porky in my mind.

I met him and his publicist in a hotel 5 years ago, no one has made such a bad impression on me since. He really just thinks that he is one of the last great stars in our time and should be revered as royalty. i wouldnt pi55 on him if he were burning.
I also met proper royalty and they were charming. I do like this one thou.

Great song. I have to disagree with commenters who don't think this is RP material. Just about any of Van Morrison's music would not be out place here.

This song VERY much applies today, as it's October, the leaves are falling, and there is still some moonlight left from the full moon we just had. |

I still love it. Remember dancing to this on a boat on the river Shannon in Ireland on my honeymoon.
Pity about the divorce later!

I know some people practically worship the guy, but this litterally is the only Van Morrison song I can stand.
