Catchy! I heard this song once, in 1988 or so, and I could still remember the tune decades later.

Actually, I think the album is called Helve Tica Bold, which is altogether different.

I saw Laura Love a few years back at a small rural "Opera House", and she and her band kicked ass! Great energy and enthusiasm for what she was doing and an appreciation for the crowd. The band was first rate. Well worth seeing!

edit: funny she should name her album Helvetica Bold and then not use the typeface?

This is cool. Thanks!

I'll look out for this song/artist and buy a CD, probably. When I do, I'll send a note to the record label telling the fu*(&$ers that I got introduced to their artist and subsequently lined their pockets due solely to the money-gubbing, piracy-encouraging, constitution-challenging criminals at Radio Paradise.

Based on this, I bought a hits package of her. Didn't like it much.

However, RIAA folks that might be reading:

I bought her CD only because I'd heard her on RadioParadise. NO COMMERCIAL, CLEAR CHANNEL STATIONS WERE PLAYING HER MUSIC.

Nice and cheerful. I also like the 'together' rythmn section. The OLIVER riff was very well placed! :)
