Did the Smiths do the "Charmed" theme?
I remember it as slightly brighter and faster.  Dunno?

There's no going home...  I hope you are having a marvelous day...  love this song...

Romans 14:20-22 —  Do not, for the sake of food, destroy the work of God. Everything is indeed clean, but it is wrong for anyone to make another stumble by what he eats. It is good not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything that causes your brother to stumble. The faith that you have, keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who has no reason to pass judgment on himself for what he approves.

I can't find the original post

But I think she (sasha, you are a she?) was quoting Mr. Andrew Bateman.

Indeed. . . I cringe every time he spouts another religious reference. (which is basically almost every utterance)

Anyway. . . I recently saw Johnny Marr play this song live in Brighton. . . and it was a truly moving experience. Partly because it sounded so good. . . and partly because we were standing right in front of the stage in the speaker 'sweet spot' and my ears were nearly destroyed. It took three days to hear properly again.

Hypnotic hook and exotic guitar for sure, and good lyrics, but song is too long, imo.

Besides, Phil's heart-felt and sincere "Another Day In Paradise" is the best tune of the decade.

Is that Elizabeth Montgomery? Rrrrowrr. She and Tina Louise helped me figure out well before pubescence that I was definitely hetero.

Never much of a Phil Collins fan, but I was singing Scu-Scu-Scutaro quite often last year. Go Giants!

What would the Middle East be like if Morrisey was leader?  Robert Smith in charge of Iran?  Peter Murphy gets Afghanistan.

There are HUNDREDS of other Smiths songs...!!!!!

this is a great classic, for sure, but it doesn't represent what they did & who they were.  They were some of the very first of the "jangly guitar" music that began in the '80's - a true original and genius band.
