As mentioned before, it is a standard folk progression (I - V - II, with a IV added on the chorus), used in hundreds of songs, like the majority of Mr. Dylan's compositions. |

I remember hearing this back in 1993 and thinking that maybe music had some hope. Sure, there were some decent tunes that year - and radio stations that would play them, but this song seemed to break into new territory - I always wondered if 10, 20, 30 + years later if it still sound so timeless. I'll always remember it as the tune that started the whole Indie/AAA movement.
