Please stop playing this song ... it solely consists of a refrain that makes me want to kill myself! Later the song explodes however it does not stop ... it goes on and on and on and on ... please make it stop!

I love the sheer exuberance of this song! Kate just lets herself go and doesn't hold back.

I'm a big fan of KB...but this just seems like fluff to me compared to her first two solo records.

I can't believe it's 6.4. I just gave it a 1 and that was about 4 more than I would have liked to give it.
Simply awful. |

msymmes wrote:I grew up in Toronto listening to K B on CFNY (The Spirit Of Radio, where we passed around petitions to help keep the radio station keep their broadcast license). Well I digress, but I have always heard that Kate Bush could sing in more octaves than anyone on the planet. Not being a musician of any sort, I would like to know if the rumour is a fact and not just a dream. But darn it, she is good.
Yes, msymmes, I too remember the "spirit of radio" when it really was! There was a lot of Kate Bush being played on CFNY - I think DJ Ted Woloshyn had a crush on her. They played lots of great music on that station - so much so that I remember 80's music with a great deal of affection and nostalgia, unlike a lot of other people who probably didn't have the good luck to listen to CFNY. On that note, thank gods for RP! |

I said it on another Kate Bush song, but I'll say it again here: The more I hear of Kate Bush's music, the more I love it! |
