Very funny!

Now... I hope I never hear it again.

This is a brilliant takeoff on the old Tennessee Ernie Ford song - I love it! (I can understand those who are not familiar with that old chestnut of a song not getting this song tho.)

I see a money theme.

Anyway, that was actually fun. I was like "what song is this? And how come I recognize it?". Then I was like "Ooohh yeeeaahhhh..Dire Straits."

I think this is a scream. For those of you truly offended, check out Big Daddy's take on Sgt. Pepper's.

I can't decide if this is supposed to be a satirical song or not.

I'm picturing some high school jazz students sitting around recording this.

why? why was this produced, why has it made it to RP? With so much good music and so little time, why Bill, why???

There is absolutely nothing of merit in this song. Time to switch to another channel for the rest of the day.

I agree with the poster who said this song needs to be put down.

Kill It.

While this cover is indefensible, the original lyric is intended to be satire about a narrow point of view held by a type of person, not a shallow homophobic stab.

This would be humorous to watch in a coffee shop. Did not need to be recorded.

Ugh. Every time you think it's over, it just keeps going.

I'll listen to anything once, but please, not again. This song needs to be put down like Old Yeller.

Yep,

Kind of like listening to Weird Al, or Primus. Good for the humor, not for the musical content, but humor only takes it so far.
