This is one of those songs that you remember from your teen years and now play it for your kids ....trying to make mine learn those great JW riffs. |

THIS pretty much changed the world for a while...and showed us all THE WAY... and sometimes it is so incredibly good to crank this bad boy all the way UP, too!

worries me when RP plays Joe Walsh within 7 songs of The Eagles... did someone die? or was RP purchased by ClearChannnel?

Plus he's such a happy rocker... Agree 100%. My ONLY music fix is RP and I too love me some Joe. James Gang anyone? |

I'm thinking the playlist could use the slot for something worthier.

We have a local band (Dirty City) in Annapolis, MD that plays this and other Joe Walsh songs. It is a dad on guitar and his son on drums. His sons friends fill out the rest of the band. Did is in, I would say, his mid to late 50s...and he is bad ass. He kills this song. Gives me a new appreciation for it. |

Rated it an "8", but have really heard this song waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many times. But it's a rock classic. I'm conflicted. Strange.

Diversity in music that includes Joe Walsh - good . . . playing more Radiohead, TMBG and Fleet Foxes - better . . . playing Randy Newman, esp. from "Good Old Boys" days . . . priceless!

I've been fortunate to have appreciated Joe's talents for a long time. First concert, circa 1970, the James Gang. Was a fan before, been a big fan ever since.

Yup. I had the wax cylinder copy of this album. Thomas Edison was the recording engineer. |

Yup, Joe went out West from Wichita, and found his Way, hard as it was, even had to live in Dan Fogelberg's car for awhile, as I heard him tell it once, and God bless him for sharing his zany, amazing talent! Everything he played sounded GREAT!
