My homies! Believe it or not though, this one was a bit oversaturated around here. Pretty song, just heard it way too many times! |

I quite like it. The singer reminds me of Silverchair. As for the cover: looks a lot like one of those xray-photos by Nick Veasey. That´s the same guy who did the photos for the keyvisuals to Adobe´s Creative Suite CS/CS2 (you know, those feathers, leafs etc. on the covers of Photoshop, Illustrator and so on) |

Unfortunately I came into this about halfway, but from a style perspective they have picked and chosen wisely. Very well crafted and performed.

You're right, on both counts! They met in NC, while attending music school, but moved to Charleston, where they still all live. Sadly, they've now parted ways, but many of them have other things going on. Jay Clifford (singer & co-lead guitarist) has a solo CD out now, along with a video being directed by Zach Braff (of Scrubs & Garden State fame). Jonathan Gray (the bassist) is in a cool new band named Slow Runner. Both Jay and Slow Runner have MySpace pages and web sites; check 'em out! |

A recent addition to my collection. This is one of fave tunes on the CD. Although I don't hear it on this song, quite a few of their songs remind me of Radiohead... which is fine by me :)

Never heard it before, but had kind of a throw back to bouncy, hip 70's feel. Dig it.
