I like both bands. Off Kilter is a whole lot of fun live. If neither is traditional enough for you, try Battlefield Band. http://www.battlefieldband.co.uk/ And to all the 'pipe haters: I was at a concert earlier this month (with my eight-year-old daughter) to see a band that was THREE bagpipers and a drummer. (http://www.teribusmusic.com/) That show rocked, and you're missing some of the most spirited music in the world by shutting this out. |

So nice to hear bagpipes. I have several bagpiping CDs at home, but I'm not allowed to play them by you-know-who.

Gosh, I love bagpipes and dogs, too! Wishing you a good day... |

The bagpipes are a great stand-alone instrument. Otherwise... |

Rated marginal some time ago, haven't heard in ages, then it comes on and gets downgraded to sucko barfo. Please remove from your playlist.

Criminy. this has about as much soul as a rock. If you're going to do something vaguely traditional, leave the 'tradition' in it. It's like celtic muzak.
(Having said that, I ranked it up for the mighty talented bass work)

NB they weren't playing bagpies, it was Northumbrian pipes or something similar - no drones and slightly quieter!
