Bill said these are Lennon/McCartney leftovers.  While I understand what he means, I must say, "These are LEFTOVERS!?"

How I wish the Fab Four had time to work them a little more.  Or maybe not; they're mighty fine as is.

Ah RP thank god you exist.

Nothing better than hearing this masterpiece played in one go, well the latter part of the album anyway.
The Beatles weren't too shoddy were they {#Dancingbanana}

Dear Spiderwoman,

We are still being raised on this.

I'm not a big Beatles geek, but I would still like to meet the 49 trolls who voted "Sucko Barfo" for this medly to find out what makes them tick.

Mine are too! Also, played them some Cab Calloway on the way to school today. Daughter says, "He's not singing words -- he's just making it up as he goes along!" Why yes, he is.

Abbey Road and Rubber Soul are my two favorite Beatle albums. I am old enough to have purchased the original LP vinyl so I noticed the differences when I played the CD's. Less scratchy!

  Or not.

Isn't Eric Clapton one of the guitarists working as a studio musician on this mash up?

Sounds like. This is so much better than every other song played in the last hour or so it's ridiculous.

Thank you, S-curvy, for stating so eloquently what I was thinking so bluntly...

Okay grumpy troll, just a reminder:  music taste is subjective, not objective.  Oddly, that implies if a majority of Rolling Stone readers prefer The Beatles to any punk music, then it's subjectively true that The Beatles are better than all the punk bands, at least amongst the vast readership RS.  Sorry, just saying.{#Devil_pimp}

The good news is that in your world, you can be king and proclaim that The Beatles blow and Punk is your anthem, and you'd be right amongst your tiny group of followers.  {#Cheers}
