After I die I want to be reincarnated with Chris's voice. He might be showing off his tonsil tickling with this song, but I still love it.

Agree with many of the others, definitely a Roy Orbison of today in style and talent; and this from a contemporary of Saint Roy.

Met him in Vancouver when he was filming his TV show ... super relaxed and quite funny guy ... Him and his drummer were at a fish market picking up Crab Cakes for a party ... it was really nice to just hang out waiting for our numbers to be called and shoot the shite ...
His music is pretty relaxing - hitting those high notes freaks me out - but I think hes awesome Chris Isaak ... you da man!

Whatever. It may be camp, it may be serious, it may be overly sweet, it may need multiple labels.
It's great. I love this voice and the talent of these musicians.

I just know that if I were either gay or female, I'd be VERY attracted to him. He is quite the handsome one... Plus I love his voice -- reminds me a lot of Roy Orbison.

Stingray wrote: forgot to say (in addition to what have been said on this site already). CHRIS ISAAK is indeed a GREAT-GREAT performer. Among the VERY BEST actually and I have seen many-many of the good ones. On the other hand do I not know how he´s playing these days, since he lost his long-time friend and solo-guitarist (the guy who "cheated" him with his, Chris´, girlfriend and was thefeore fired. As far as I know this guy´s "responsible" for most of Chris´ "blue songs". If Chris had "David Hasselhoff´s" face, he´d possible still be with that girl! Yeeeah - German humor! BEST to all of you music-freaks in 2006 and beyond. Good to know that I´m not the only one knowing how good music, how "adult Rock" (as I call it), should sound like.
PS: Is there a better P2P than Limewire our there? Yes, for music "like this"....
from Cologne, Stingray
Stingray. Tone it down a little. I mean, big fonts, big color. WTF |
