Most of the time I prefer music that sounds "organic", in a way. So not too often I appreciate Electronica (techno, dance, whatever) that much. This is one of the exceptions and also the one following it today; Air - Run. Mm, if this continues, I can't call them exceptions anymore :-k

It gets tedious after a while. If you're gonna put me in a trance, cut out the synthesized thumps.

I think the only Orbital track I've heard on RP is the Box. But I'm sure 'time becomes' would really grate some people here.
How about Orb's 'Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain That Rules From The Center Of The Ultraworld' |

Makes me want to grab the Orb and run into the Orgasmatron. (Woody Allen fans?)

My first time to hear Orb. The remind me of Banco de Gaia. Also, as a previous post mentioned, they have a bit of T. Dream in there, too.
I think of this as "landscape music". And I like it.

Headache inducing bass. Gets a 2 because I had to turn it off.

approach it as a soundscape, not a folk song.
it really is relaxing. i always thought it reminded me of being in an aquarium. :highfive:

I like the Orb - I have a copy of UFO in my desk stack.
I'm not sure it works in the radio - for me at least.

Orblivion is their best album as far as I'm concerned. The opening track, "Delta-MKII", is mind-blowing. This one is ok as well.

Boy, you are so diverse.
Keep it up

It does sound a little like Tangerine Dream, but I like Tangerine Dream better. 'Dream is more creative and interesting, I think.
