I turned this up before it came on ~ never having heard it ~ I thought I was in for another of Bill's wonderful covers...

but now I'm just confused on why someone would call their song Aqualung if it isn't indeed Aqualung.

like someone titling their tune Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds and it not being that... ? ...

it was a good tune ~ didn't mind the tune at all ~ just confused ~ just sayin lol

Then don't get me started on "Heartbreaker." {#Lol}  There are probably a dozen unique songs with that title.

To be fair, "aqua-lung" is the name of an underwater breathing apparatus which was co-developed by Jacques Cousteau before Ian Anderson was even born.  I believe a lot of folks still refer to a scuba set-up as an "aqua-lung"; so, it's not exactly the same as using "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" as a title.  The lyrics of this song refer to that diving apparatus, though it's very likely that there was some sort of homage and/or joke intended by using that word as the song title.

I like Morcheeba. I've heard a few of the other songs that you play once in a while. Thanks for turning me on to the band.{#Daisy}

Is this what Jethro Tull would sound like in some parrallel universe? Play "Locomotive Breath" next. Needs more flute and spittle.

As far as I can understand it (two years of German in high school) Prickelpit96 can not have enough Cheeba...

You know the moment you've gone all German...you've had enough Cheeba.

Love the tune. Finally Jethro Tull has a paying gig...for a bar.

Ist meiner bescheidenen Meinung nach auch ihr smartetes und musikalisch 'rundestes' Werk.

I like eyeing little Morcheeba with bad intent, but she is easy on the ears, too... This song is a bit vanilla, though.

OK, but for the record, I've never seen breast-flashing or bead throwing emoticons provided on the site. Do you donate much more than I do and therefore have a richer selection?

excellent smooth background... easy to listen to.

I'm not sold on her voice yet. Seems a little too... ordinary. Maybe it will grow on me. Fitting for the tune, I guess, but seems like it needs something a little growlier. Shirley Manson, maybe?

Skye, the lead singer, said that Morcheeba asked her to leave. What a big mistake that was! Haven't heard her new solo cd; has anyone? Any good?

Was kind of hoping for a Jethro Tull cover myself, with some kind of digi-sampler flute thing going on. Maybe a trip-hop version of "Locomotive Breath" next just to keep the theme going. 8)
