The first half is amazing. The rest of the song, a little bit confused...

Don't give up. If anyplace, this is the place for some appreciation of the progressive, yet melodic music along with the composition, arrangement, and humor of this band.

What would you suggest? Lighten up McGraw? Nuclear Apathy? Safety In Numbers?

Having listened to Crack the Sky frequently in the 70's, I love the sound.  I was very excited to see them being played on radio paradise.  Ice is not the best of their recordings but maybe we can hear more!

Great song from a very good band.  I was in an edgy rock band in my youth in the late 70's and we did a couple of Crack The Sky tunes. Very under rated band here, check out Live Sky. In the best W.C. Fields voice..... "Ladies and Gentlemen, This band has come all the way down from an acid trip just to play for you. Please welcome, Crack The Sky"

Really good song from a group that didn't get as much attention as the should have.

Obviously not all music from the 70's was quality. This is really a weak imitation of some of the better efforts from the period. Not surprised I never heard of this band . . . they surely wouldn't have made it with this crap.

I remember these guys in the late 70's when they were big in Baltimore. Saw them a few times. You'd catch a great show, then a real dud. I recall the band being subject to Palumbo's(?) moodiness at their live shows.

I always liked "Ice" more than the rest of their stuff.
