This starts out as a 7 or 8 for me.   After 2 minutes it quickly drops points.   By the end, I'm rating it a 2 or 3 — except I never get to the end because of PSD.

It definitely has that '70s groove going on, much like War and Average White Band, as mentioned earlier, also reminiscent of something by Curtis Mayfield.

C'mon now.  Modern multi-national corporations are not that bad.  Many are more responsive than governments of rich, western democracies.  Activists shareholders can grind a modern company to standstill.  Governments can respond with wire-tappings, arbitrary detentions, water cannons, mace and bayonets.

 
I believe it's just a band name with little or no connection to Naomi Klein or her work, but then again, who knows...  Great tune regardless of possible laissez-faire-spirited displeasure with the band's name choice.
