I usually like PG.  I've never heard this version of STEAM before.  Unfortunately, it's not an improvement...except for the fact that it's harder to hear the lyrics.  Ppppplease.

Remakes are just cool, for this reason.

Same reason I like Mike Oldfield's work with Tubular Bells - he's worked it, molded it, painted it many times, many different versions.
