Jet is one of the few bright spots on today's dismal new music scene. Fresh, raw rock. Unfortunately, this song is not a good representation of what is good about this band.
Is this song Jet's idea of a power ballad? Power ballads, by the way, should be banned. Listen up Aerosmith, yes, I mean you!@!

It would be nice to hear the other rocking songs off this album, but Rebecca rejected them all |

I agree with newwavegurly; the Jet CD is so cool because:
1. There are other songs as great as the single on the CD. What a concept! A CD with multiple singles.
2. You cannot listen more than 30 seconds to the CD before you get out the air guitar, or dance, or both.
3. There are no, repeat, no navel-gazing, depressing, woe-is-me songs of alienation and despair.
4. They are magna cum laude graduates of the School of Rock.
5. It rocks like Matthew Sweet's Girlfriend CD, one of my all-time faves.

Not bad but nothing too special either. I don't know how to say it other than that I kept waiting for something to happen but it never did. The tune was a bit too formulaic for my taste.

Not one of my faves off of the album... I've uploaded a couple of others that I think are better. If one or two of them are accepted, I'll try uploading one or two others.
I know I said this in the comment area for "Are You Gonna Be My Girl?" but, I'll say it again, this is a great album and I recommend it.
