This cd is by far one of my favorites. I happened upon this band in this tiny little dive in Birmingham, AL...what a great show!!! I can see why RP chose this song from the cd, as most of them are a lot louder and harder than this.

one of my least favorite songs on a great album. BRMC is the real deal, good stuff, great music :-)

I think you are correct...I just got the album is quite likeable, creative, some dark undertones...The band need some more experience and polishing but overall they are great...

Ditto, ditto. Especially as I saw Sebastian do this song with his acoustic guitar and a small amp alone at the Filmore East circa 1969.

Liked this when they used to play it on the "Homicide" t.v. series. Still like it. Will buy a CD now that I know who the artist is. SO THERE to the industry opponents of web radio.

It's "My Darling Be Home Soon" by John Sebastian!!!!

Oops. Sorry Johray63. Seems you already noticed that.

Oh, well, doesn't make it any less true.

(Don't forget the GREAT version by Joe Cocker.)

Actually, I'm digging this.

One of the weakest tracks on the album. They have songs that are as equally trance-like as this one but with more of an edge. Definitely a Love & Rockets vibe going on here. Great stuff.

Actually the first chord progression reminded me of the beginning of the wedding march. Anyone else thinkk this?
