I put this song on one of my Eclectic Cuts compilation CD's I make. (I'm working on #47 now.) I do them all in chronological order... starting with music from '77 when New Wave was the Eclectic . Of course, those earlier ones are on cassette.
So this song really reminds me of our drive up the Alcan Highway 2 years ago. I took almost all of my Eclectic Cuts stuff on that drive, knowing there would be a lack of good music on the 3 week trip. This played as we crossed "The Summit" on the Alcan.
Great driving song.

I was thinking it was more of a "zzzzzzzzugh" kind of song.

Reminds me of Donovan, when he felt playful. Musically, I've heard some Cowboy Junkie tunes that take this tack, danceable without a real hook.

It's a pretty good song, but you drive too slow.

Just what I need -- some freakin' happy 'phonics fan hippie in my way!

A great driving song with the windows down and a fresh cool autumn breeze blowing in your face...A very strangely addictive song....and very poppy.

Voice is totally different than earlier work, good pop sensibility though :)
