I've always enjoyed Vertical Horizon's earlier work, and this album, while sometimes overplayed, is still good, dispite changing a little from their roots. Having not listened to the radio in a while, though, hearing it here was nice in that I haven't hear this song or album in a while.

this song tugs at me...it is a good theme song for my last attempt at a relationship...she liked me and all, but had no intrest in getting any deeper than close friendship...it sucked because I love the hell out of the woman and her cute daughter.
story of my life I guess

smidge... try excessive. This song is now being played on some clear channel station somewhere 24/7.

Thought the radio station had mysteriously changed when this song came on. First time I've muted RP. Contains all the annoying aspects of pop without any redemption.

dumb lyrics, annoying melody. I think it's only caught on because of the exhaustive repetition.

i new before i clicked in here the kind of mixed reaction this song would get. i'm similarly ambivalent -- but it really is a good song, isn't it? one of the very few examples of a pop-song that works (despite being played every 45 minutes for weeks on end a few summers ago...)

Yep - a nice tune. Are there a couple of versions of this?

Not a bad song. A smidge overplayed, though.
