I have this on vinyl, CD and now I see it's been remastered; must buy a 3rd copy; agreed it is a brilliant album.

There are 3 parts to the evolution of Talk Talk's sound, all 3 very different and equally brilliant. Maybe part 1, synth-pop, was merely very very good.  {#Angel}

Came back to the page 3 times as the song played - I've always liked TT but I hadn't heard this one as much. Nice!

I forgot about this album and how good it is start to finish.  Time to dig it out again.

I can't help but think that the singer is in pain...and not in an artistic way.

Some of their newer stuff is so different from this. Saw them back in the 80s with The Psychedelic Furs.

Hey thanks for the link - I activated it. I love the band, but I haven't seen this live video before.

Loved this band from the first time I heard it in the 80's and like the other guy said,
they still sound fresh. Thanks Bill, such a great station.

When I was a kid used the expression 'Give it up' that loosely translated into 'You're a scrub'. It seems to fit here.

Nice, keep that rockin' bass groovin' along! HOW 'BOUT THIS RADIO STATION, LISTENERS?!
Gotta give it up! As soon as that overdue advance hits my Wells Fargo account in Boulder, a check for RP has Bill and Rebeccas' names on it!

I saw these guys open for Elvis Costello on his Imperial Bedroom tour in '82. Unlike many of the bands I liked from that era, Talk Talk still sounds fresh.
