FUN! Very '80s. Wow, I'm digging throwback music that's way below my 2012 age group. I think that's good.

Wow! X 2! I had their self-titled album on cassette 30 years ago and thought it was great pop-schlock that apparently no one else I knew had ever heard of. This song was also on that album. I have since found two copies on vinyl.

Great to hear it on RP!

Wow, I havent heard this in decades.  I recall buying this single, and then buying many more by The Records. They all sucked except for this one. Sigh.

I was about to say "perfect power pop" but I guess no song is really perfect, so I'll go along with the "almost" perfect power pop.

I'm a bit of sucker for this - but only in small doses.

Indeed.  I had this single back in those days; I think I bought it at Bleecker Bob's.

Same era of British power pop - late 1970's.  Great stuff.

Nice, but not memorable. Not rating it. It doesn't punch me in the soul.

This is the sort of song I always thought I oughta be able to write but never could come close to.  It's just a perfect record.

So... heard this a while back on RP... and I added it to the playlist of this cheezy cover band I'm a part of... MAN what a great song to play, always got a great response.  Someone always comes up and asks who did that song... one of those songs that everyone seems to think sounds familiar but nobody has in their record collection!

Thanks RP!!!

Nice. Totally. I don't know this band and never would have guessed this song is from 1979.
