This is a lovely addition to the morning's playlist. Thank you.

I was going to say how much I love Van as part of my morning soundtrack; but then I realized I really love his songs in the early evenings, too, around sunset. And at night, maybe after a cocktail, when it's still and quiet. And of course, on the weekends. So...yeah. Van Morrison on my everyday anytime playlist.

Odd disconnect. After The Temptations "Get Ready," this one's in a key slightly a semitone lower than "Get Ready," like D to D flat. So the first round of the "Glad Tidings" bass sounded slightly flat to me, and I'm thinking, "That can't be..." One of those instances in which the ear will play an odd trick or two.
