Wow, cool. Never heard this track before. Here in LA—Beck played with her (I think they did a tongue in cheek duet from Grease of all things). So it was great to hear something from her.

And hey, I like Bob Dylan a lot too, so clearly I'm flexible about the voice thing, though I really do like her voice.

Cute, clean, and a bit Old Navy-like (or American Eagle Outfitters) in her appearance.  Sublimely suburban and lithe approach to pop nothingness.  Meanwhile, I seriously doubt she has ever visited (anyone in) a trailer park...

Beth is cool, saw her in Minneapolis for like $2.00 the year this cd came out. What was it, 95? 96? Was in town for OSU-Minn football and Primus at First Ave, but my buddy failed to pick up Primus tix ahead of time. The line for Primus stretched around the block. We wandered down the street, and found Beth at a club. After that, we had rusty cans of Bud at the Saluki Bar. Outstanding!
