This is what I love about Radio Paradise. One minute you're mind is dwelling in 1971 and the next, near present day. It really broadens your appreciation of all music. Thank You.

Wow, nice follow up to 'The Who - Behind Blue Eyes' Bill!

You don't think endlessly repeating the word ''today'' is sophisticated?

I don't care what the rating or consensus is for this song, those two lines should provoke emotion in all but the emotionally numb.

I like this.

One of my favorite albums of 2005. Worth listening to. I think when I first heard "Dakota" I must have sat there hitting rewind and listening to it 4-5 times in a row! Good stuff. "Superman", "Lolita" and especially "Devil" are my other faves.

Stereophonics have done so much better than this - a bit of a drone really compared with their more melodic earlier material.
Shame - such a good band.
Thanks for the warning Daedalus. I have liked this group before, thinking they were firmly fixed in the "electronica" genre (which is why I liked them) - but this song definitely isn't electronica (nor melodic). This is, unfortunately, the first "1" that I ever felt compelled to use.

Wow, this is a nice surprise to me. This has a very layered sound for the Sterophonics but then I've only have heard Just Enough Education To Perform which a pretty straightaway rock album.
