Dandy Warhols are so hit and miss...this is good

It took me a while to place, but the bass line sure reminds of REM's "Bang, Bang, Blame" (or whatever it's called).  Anyone else?

The name irritates me because it's a pun, and puns are just never amusing, so every time I hear this band name it’s like being told the same lame joke, again. I'm not sure how that makes me an anti-intellectualist.

I really liked the short "heaven" set.  Pixies, Monkey Gone to Heaven and Dandy Warhols, Heavenly.

Every since I saw the documentary "Dig!" on Hulu, I've had a slightly greater appreciation for the DW and the whole process for striking out with the intent to become a band and record music. It's just a wildly difficult thing to achieve.
