Do you count romeotuna reincarnation, lazarus, too?
I'll be there, although, may be because it's morning when this is a night tune, I wouldn't give the same rate. Doesn't matter, I like it anyway

Nice - another douchebag who thinks that because I don't like sufyawn that I'm a troll.  I have 2 sufyawn CDs, I've seen him in concert, and I'm pretty sure its ok if I don't like him and express my opinion.

btw: I donate to this station regularly - how about you?

I actually wrote that because I was pissed off that you called someone else a troll - and with that nice big funny troll photo to boot...sorry.  I hate people who call people trolls.  It won't happen again.  I do donate, and I think your posts are very funny.

It IS a tough crowd here. But so it should be to keep the standards high. Some tunes get more negative comments than others but the ratings don't lie and those songs that the collective audience here mark down usually don't get played again - well - apart from a few notable exceptions like Denge Fever :) But Bill plays that to shake some people up.

Wonder if Cold Play had hand in writting it?

A few things I am confused about regarding this comment:
1) is wimpy a musical category?
2) aside from being what you call wimpy, do you really think this song resembles coldplay?

Shame the John Wayne Gacy track off this record hasn't been played since 2007 - I know it's a bit disturbing but hey, we're all grown up, and who else has written a track like that!!

Doesn't seem to reflect the sound or spirit of Chicago (nor any of the suburbs).  It's too sickeningly sweet.

I like this song.  Nice upbeat change from today's mellow playlist.

Criticizing a song for being repetitive is just plain lazy as just about 99.9% of all music is repetitive to some extent.  One could argue that non-repetitive music is not really music at all, but noise.

My appreciation for Sufjans stuff was substellar to begin with, over time and many rotations around RP it has declined enough (at least in my ears) that I eagerly await its last flaming descent.

I agree this song is annoying.  Repetiion.  Bubble  gummy....  I give it a generous '2' rating.

Going back to Chicago, been 13 years. Sure it's changed, but it will always be the city of big shoulders.

If this song of Stevens' stays in rotation, it may finally become my first 1.  Since RP seems to think a lot of him I want to be generous. Alas, other of his songs have an equal, possibly even superior, chance to become my first 1.  Just plain lousy, imo.  I want to find a shred of a redeeming quality to keep it at a 2..
