Funny, but I had the exact oppposite reaction. I didn't like the beginning, but it really drew me in about halfway through. i give it an 8.

wow, I agree. I'm all for offbeat singing styles, but this just went off the chart of listenability!

I agree with you Leslie. I purchased off of CD Baby recently and was a bit disappointed. Love this track though!

All right, whose bright idea was it to sneak in some Bon Jovi?

Way too whiny for me. If Thom Yorke sang this song it would be palatable.

Such a cohesive piece of music from beginning to end.

The instrumentals saved this song from my wrath and bumped it up a rating point or two.

Thieves stole his skin! How awful. I hope he recovered. Is there a contraband skin market? Do you think they used it for illegal skin transplants? It must hurt for him to sing. It certainly hurts to listen.

always supportive of indie artists, I'm digging this after my first listen. The cello is nice, though i think it's a *tad* over-sung. Lemme see what I think upon the next rotation.

Bumped it up to 8. This is what teeny groups like Postal Service and Death Cab and Cake wish they could be.

I like this song, although while it's playing I feel like I'm moving in slow motion.

More dissent--I think the album's great...I loved this song, really powerful and atmospheric, so I bought the album on iTunes and am really into it. They're like the Verve or Coldplay, but more raw.
